Acceptable Use Policy

Energy Relief Vault is provided by Myriad Developments Limited. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of the Energy Relief Vault website, online platform and related digital services.

Users must use Energy Relief Vault only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable law, the Energy Relief Vault Terms and Conditions and any instructions provided through the platform.

Prohibited use

Users must not:

• access or attempt to access another user’s account, client information or restricted areas without authorisation;
• share login credentials with unauthorised persons or permit another person to impersonate an authorised user;
• upload information, documents, software or other material that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, malicious or harmful;
• knowingly provide inaccurate, fabricated or misleading information in connection with an Energy Relief assessment or application;
• use Energy Relief Vault to facilitate fraud, evasion, sanctions breaches, unlawful activity or the submission of false claims;
• introduce viruses, malware, malicious code or other material designed to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform or related systems;
• attempt to probe, scan, bypass or defeat authentication, security controls, rate limits or access restrictions;
• interfere with the operation, availability, integrity or performance of Energy Relief Vault;
• reverse engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, models, methodologies or proprietary workflows except where permitted by law;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from Energy Relief Vault without Myriad’s prior written permission;
• use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the platform in a manner that places unreasonable load on the service or circumvents intended functionality;
• use information or outputs obtained from Energy Relief Vault to create or train a competing product, service, model or database without permission;
• upload information that the user does not have the right or authority to provide;
• disclose confidential information belonging to another person or organisation without appropriate authority;
• attempt to manipulate, exploit or misuse artificial-intelligence or automated functionality to generate misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised outputs;
• use Energy Relief Vault in any manner that infringes Myriad’s or another party’s intellectual-property rights.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that anyone they authorise to access their organisation’s Energy Relief Vault account complies with this policy.

Users must take reasonable steps to protect their login credentials and must notify Myriad promptly if they believe an account, password or other authentication mechanism has been compromised.

Enforcement

Myriad may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, client information, Energy Relief Vault, Myriad or third parties, or to comply with legal, regulatory, security or professional obligations.

Where appropriate, Myriad may preserve relevant records and disclose information to law-enforcement agencies, regulators, Scheme Authorities or other organisations where required or permitted by law.

A breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may also constitute a breach of the Energy Relief Vault Terms and Conditions.
